Today morning wake up dont know what happen to my stomach again.
Diarrhoea for twice. Eat bread for breakfast and take medicine.
I trying to increase my immune system. Be stronger.
Hope to stay healthy and happy as always.

Today didn work much. Hahax. Stomach feeling unwell.
But after napping in the late evening make it muchx better.
December coming. Weather is getting colder.. maybe is i feeling weaker bah.
Eat rice tonite. Hai hao got some appetite. Feel like having girlfren loh.
But think think.. be my girlfren also unlucky. A unperfect boifren.
Nvm. Drop the idea. Watching 海派甜心! Nice show to recommend. Haha.

Recently didn blog. Nothing much happen though.
Think quite alot in the nite.

I find that nowadays some adults dont know and no responsible to their own baby!
I guess those recently got read newspaper have seen the 2 kids get kill by their own father. Really bared to kill it worh. If you dont have the ability to take care of them, pls do not give them the hope. This sentence apply to many philosophy. Example in love, if you cant give the girl the happiness, pls dont give her the fake hope. Just ranting nonsense bah. Pity on those baby. Wonder why people want to have baby in the first place if the parents doesnt even care! Doesnt they watch teevee and read newspaper? Even animal also noe how to takecare of their baby until the baby is fully grown up and able to take care of themselves before their parents leave them. Both parents got the task and responsible to tkcare loh. So pls think thrice or forth before you willing to give them [baby] a life.

Next on will be about parents toward children topic. I understand not every family is very fortunate to have both parents. Single-handed to bring up a child is much more difficult than all of us can imagine. Sometimes is parents put in alot of effort and the children wont appreciate. In order to really think thru, you need to place yourself in the person shoes and you will understand more on the problems. Jack Neo [I not stupid I and II] is a good show for both parents and childrens.

Next topic will be about myself liao le. Lots to say but dont know how to start.

Today want to share with you guys how to increase body immunity system.
This topic went thru my mind becos I admit I doesnt have a strong immune body system.
There are several ways to increase body immune system. Example: Aroma or Medic pills. But I am going for natural immune. A natural way which cost the cheapest which i believe lah. I believe all here about an apple a day keep the doctor away, drinking 8 cups of water a day and exercise to sweat to maintain fitness. All this have been advertise thru teevee, radio, magazine or else media.
BUT TODAY ON INTERNET, Let me introduce what internet recipe to INCREASE immune system. Here it goes after my research in the internet for quite some times.

Having a healthy immune system is very important for people today, as getting sick means not just being uncomfortable and inconvenienced; it can also mean missing work, passing the sickness on to others, and doctor's visits and medicines that put quite a dent in the budget. The body is built in such a way that it has natural defenses against sicknesses as part of the immune system but strengthening and protecting this system is important, as is giving it all the help we can.

Some people just have a naturally strong immune system; maybe you know someone that never seems to get sick or that when he or she is sick they get over it quite quickly. It's true that genetics can play a large part in how well all of our bodily systems work, but even for those who seem to have some weakness in this area there is much one can do to bolster up their immune system.

It's interesting how eating right has so much to do with our health overall, and this is true with our immune system as well, after all you are what you eat. Without the necessary amino acids and vitamins the body needs, you can be more prone to sicknesses.

Okay! So Sleeping and Vitamins is consider the criteria for our immune system. Lets look for which vitamin is from which kind of fruits. Look below for picture description on FRUITS.



Next on will be the benefit of each and every vitamins.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A prevents eye problems, promotes a healthy immune system, is essential for the growth and development of cells, and keeps skin healthy.

Good sources of vitamin A are milk, eggs, liver, fortified cereals, darkly colored orange or green vegetables (such as carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and kale), and orange fruits such as cantaloupe, apricots, peaches, papayas, and mangos.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is needed to form collagen, a tissue that helps to hold cells together. It's essential for healthy bones, teeth, gums, and blood vessels. It helps the body absorb iron and calcium, aids in wound healing, and contributes to brain function.

You'll find high levels of vitamin C in red berries, kiwi, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, and juices made from guava, grapefruit, and orange.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D strengthens bones because it helps the body absorb bone-building calcium.

This vitamin is unique — your body manufactures it when you get sunlight on your skin! You can also get vitamin D from egg yolks, fish oils, and fortified foods like milk.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps protect cells from damage. It is also important for the health of red blood cells.

Vitamin E is found in many foods, such as vegetable oils, nuts, and green leafy vegetables. Avocados, wheat germ, and whole grains are also good sources.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 helps to make red blood cells, and is important for nerve cell function.

Vitamin B12 is found naturally in fish, red meat, poultry, milk, cheese, and eggs. It's also added to some breakfast cereals.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is important for normal brain and nerve function. It also helps the body break down proteins and make red blood cells.

A wide variety of foods contain vitamin B6, including potatoes, bananas, beans, seeds, nuts, red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, spinach, and fortified cereals.

Vitamin B3

Vit B3 helps the body turn food into energy. It helps maintain healthy skin and is important for nerve function.

You'll find Vit B3 in red meat, poultry, fish, fortified hot and cold cereals, and peanuts.

Vitamin B2

Vitamin B2 is essential for turning carbohydrates into energy and producing red blood cells. It is also important for vision.

Some of the best sources of Vit B2 are meat, eggs, legumes (like peas and lentils), nuts, dairy products, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, asparagus, and fortified cereals.

Vitamin B1

Vitamin B1 helps the body convert carbohydrates into energy and is necessary for the heart, muscles, and nervous system to function properly.

People get Vit B1 from many different foods, including fortified breads, cereals, and pasta; meat and fish; dried beans, soy foods, and peas; and whole grains like wheat germ.

Morning wake up and went cut hair. Shorttie and coolie. Lolx. So fond of short hair when there isnt any need to comb hair after bathe. Wipe with towel is just enough to keep it clean and tidy! Later planning wanna go out to sembawang plaza anot. Probably for lunchie.

Yeah. Back from Sembawang shopping centre. Kinda nice over there! Went to eat Ajisen Ramen. After that went to eat MOF. The MOF dont know what to eat. Never order while mum and brother each eat an icecream. LOL. Went Giant walk and buy some daily accessories. Found Condom so expensive loh. Omg. -.-|||
Reach home @4pm JUST before rain start to pour. Hahaha. Alil lucky. Plan to go out again soon. Picture for my ramen later on below. Haha. Went to take a look at Handphone also. Plan for my Sony Ericsson Satio. Price with plan is S$688, w/o plan is S$1088. Wow. I need more KaChing!!! Who got spare and dont wan can donate to me. Kidding lah. Money got who dont want lo. Even monk also get thirsty for $$$
